Audi India Future of Change contest kicks off

Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, in association with theIdeaWorks, successfully kicked off Audi-INDIA Future of Change contest with six campus interactions. The unique nationwide contests have already attracted over 850 registrations, from young professionals and students of the top business and design schools across the country. Michael Perschke, Head, Audi India and Amit Shahi, CEO & Co - founder, theIdeaWorks officially launched the Business Strategy Contest at ISB Hyderabad on August 1, 2011 and the Automobile Design Contest at NID Ahmedabad on August 16, 2011. “We are delighted with the overwhelming response that Audi - India Future of Change has received from both students and young professionals. The buzz generated at the campuses of India’s leading design and business schools truly demonstrates our objective to create opportunities that will enhance the knowledge base, encourage creativity and nurture promising talent in Indian luxury automotive industry. The campus interactions led to an intelligent exchange of ideas and showcased the tremendous level of zeal to learn and desire to succeed. At Audi India, we are delighted to encourage the gen-next to be a catalyst for future growth and development in Indian luxury auto,” said Michael Perschke, Head, Audi India. At these six campus interactions, students were provided an opportunity to interact with Michael Perschke on the Audi-INDIA Future of Change and get all their queries on Indian luxury market, Indian automobile industry and the contest answered. Audi - INDIA Future of Change aims to foster and reward creativity and innovation among engineering, design and management students and young professionals. The multi-disciplinary contests aim to encourage the participants to develop innovative ideas and solutions in Future Urban Mobility and Business Strategy. NID Ahmedabad and IMI, Delhi has come on board as knowledge partners for the Automobile design and Business strategy contests respectively.
